Dear Youth Taking Flight Program Attendee,

Your safety is our top priority.

To ensure a safe and high-quality STEM programming experience, we have implemented several safety measures. Gloves, hand sanitizers, and masks are always available on-site, and all equipment and spaces are regularly cleaned and sanitized to maintain a clean and safe environment.

In the event of COVID-19 or pandemic-related government restrictions, we will make the following adjustments to our program:

1. Program Dates: The Youth Taking Flight Program dates may be adjusted or canceled in the case of government shutdowns or imposed restrictions.

2. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All participants will be provided with PPE upon arrival for each day of in-person sessions.

3. Temperature Checks: Temperatures of all participants will be checked before entering the facility each day of in-person sessions.

4. Hand Sanitization: Participants are expected to use hand sanitizer regularly throughout the day.

5. Sanitization of Equipment and Spaces: Tables, chairs, and equipment will be sanitized before and after each use.

6. Capacity Limits: A maximum of 20 people will be allowed in the facility at any time (or fewer, depending on Public Health guidelines).

7. Physical Distancing: Physical distancing protocols will be strictly enforced.

8. Online Programs: Programs may be moved online wherever possible.
